  • The Polo Series is one of New England's most popular summer attractions and oldest traditions, continuing a tradition of international polo begun over 130 years ago in Newport, home of the first polo club in America.

  • Register to win exciting door prizes each week and enter our  Tailgate Contests.

    • The setting is one of Rhode Islands most picturesque and historic properties ~ Glen Farm, the last 100 acres of what was formerly a 700-acre manorial farm whose fascinating history dates back to the 1600's.

Its classical stone barns from the height of the Gilded Age and its park-like grounds were acquired by the Town of Portsmouth in the early '90's who, in turn, gave a 25-year old developer named Dan Keating the chance to rescue it from ruins and rehabilitate the property, which thrives today as a vital equestrian and recreational property for the community and the jewel of Portsmouth.

Do’s and Don’ts

  • Grilling is tolerated as long as the coals are not dumped on the grounds!

  • Pop-up tents are permitted, up to 10' x 12'.  Anything larger requires a tent permit from the Town of Portsmouth and expressed permission from Newport Polo.
